A.A mini session is a shorter, budget-friendly version of a full photoshoot. These sessions are quick—just 20 minutes long—but they’re designed to capture a handful of beautiful, professional images for your family, couples, kids, or even just yourself.
If you want a longer session, book 2 back-to-back sessions.

A.Each Fall Mini Session includes:

A 20-minute photoshoot at a beautiful fall location

10 fully edited digital images (with the option to purchase more or upgrade to the full gallery)

An online gallery for downloading and sharing your images

A print release so you can print your photos wherever you like

A.There are 2 dates and locations for the fall mini sessions:

1. October 26th 2025 - Raleigh, NC
2. November 1st 2025 - Holly Spring, NC

A.The price of these sessions is budget-friendly and very affordable compared to a full session. Contact me to know about the exact price.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at booking to reserve your time slot.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

Sessions are not considered booked until the retainer and signed contract form are received.

A.Yes. A signed contract form and minor model release form( for anyone under the age of 18) is required for all bookings. This helps protect both the client and the photographer by outlining all session terms and policies.

A.Booking your session is simple:

-Choose your date & time from the available Fall Mini Session slots.

-Sign the contract form and minor model release form that will be sent to you.

-Pay the 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your spot.

Your session is not officially reserved until the retainer is paid and the contract is signed. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

A.No. Only final, edited images will be delivered. RAW or unedited files will not be shared under any circumstances.

A.Sessions are scheduled back-to-back. To be fair to all families:

Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled.

If you are 5 minutes late, your shooting time will be reduced.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be considered a no-show.

In the event of a no-show or late arrival, your retainer (booking deposit) will not be refunded, but it may be applied toward a future session or rescheduled date, depending on availability.

Sessions cannot be extended or rescheduled the same day of the mini sessions.

A.Mini sessions are meant for immediate family only (up to 5 members).
If you need more time or have a larger group, please book two back-to-back slots or inquire about a full session.

A.If the weather does not cooperate, sessions will be rescheduled to a backup date. Clients will be notified in advance.

A.Yes! Pets are welcome as long as they are friendly and on a leash. Please bring an extra person to help manage your pet when they’re not in photos.

A.Within a few days of your session, you will receive a proofing gallery to view all the best images from your session.

You will then select your 10 favorite images (included in your package).

Once I receive your selections, your final edited gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks.

You’ll also have the option to purchase additional images or upgrade to the full gallery if you wish.

A.For the best results, stick to fall tones and neutrals such as:

Burgundy, mustard, olive green, cream, beige, denim, and earthy browns.

Avoid large logos or bright neon colors.

A.To make sure your Fall Mini Session goes smoothly, here are a few extra details to keep in mind:

Props / Setup: I do not provide props or setups for these sessions. The focus is on the beautiful fall scenery and your family. If you’d like to bring a small blanket or seasonal item (like a pumpkin), you’re welcome to.

Session Start Time: Sessions begin at the scheduled time, not when you arrive. Please be ready and on location a minutes early.

Editing Style: Images are delivered in my signature editing style only. Additional re-edit requests are not included.

Turnaround Time: Final galleries are delivered 2–3 weeks after you select your images, but please allow a little flexibility during the busy season.

Parking / Location: Fall locations can be busy—plan to arrive early in case of parking delays.
